May 12, 2017.  The method we used to evaluate the quality of legislative frameworks for farmland protection was based on a set of four principles of public policy.  Our approach is discussed in relation to the plan evaluation literature in a recently published peer-reviewed journal article.  This ‘open access’ article is fully available to the public to read and download.

December 8, 2017.  Dr. David Connell presented to the Senate of Canada’s Standing Committee on Agriculture and Forestry.  The Committee is studying acquisition of farmland and its potential impact on the farming sector.  The minutes and video of the presentation are available on-line.
